As a medium-sized company with many years of experience in industrial textile manufacturing, we at Flexitex place the utmost importance on acting responsibly and with integrity – towards our customers, business partners, employees and society. Our Code of Conduct forms the basis for fair and transparent behaviour at all levels.

Code of Conduct for Employees

The internal Code of Conduct sets out clear principles for our day-to-day working relationships. These include:

  • Treating one another with respect and fairness
  • Compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
  • Handling sensitive data confidentially
  • Zero tolerance towards discrimination, bullying and corruption
  • Commitment to health and safety, sustainability and quality

Code of Conduct for Suppliers

We also expect our partners and suppliers to adhere to our ethical principles. The Supplier Code requires:

  • Respect for human rights and fair working conditions
  • Compliance with environmental standards and environmentally conscious conduct
  • Avoidance of conflicts of interest and corrupt behaviour
  • Transparency throughout the supply chain

These principles are an integral part of our procurement strategy and help to ensure that environmental and social standards are consistently implemented.
